Jaccob McKay Studios takes no responsibility for injuries sustained whilst utilising any of our products. It is up to the user of the products to ensure they are well-informed and practiced in their proper use. If this requirement cannot be met then the items should not be used.

The purchasing of knives is strictly limited to persons over the age of 18. Anyone purchasing knife products must declare that they are of legal age to purchase such instruments. If a person is found to be in breech of this requirement their order will be terminated immediately. Jaccob McKay Studios takes no responsibility for how these tools are used, however we stipulate that they must not be used for any illegal activity.

Photography

All images created by Jaccob McKay Studios are protected by international copyright. All rights are retained by the artist, including copyright and artistic rights. No alterations to work may be made without the consent of the artist. Purchasing a photoshoot grants you an unlimited usage license but does not allow alterations apart from crop, scale and implementation into other documents or media.

No images may be used for any purpose without an appropriate license. Licenses for images may be purchased by contacting us.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is conducted through Australia Post and shipping times are subject to their current conditions. All items are made-to-order and have on average a 2-week turn-around for creation.

Refunds or replacements may be given for faulty items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind refunds are at the discretion of Jaccob McKay Studios and will have postage costs deducted if accepted. Any items returned without consent from Jaccob McKay Studios will be deemed forfeited.

Orders which include customisation of any type, including but not limited to engraving, may only be cancelled if customisation has not already taken place. Once customisation has started a refund can only be obtained for a faulty product.
