Cheese Knife

A Sheffield Stainless Steel blade made in England with an apple wood branch handle. These knives are very sharp and handy for cutting fruits, cheeses and meats. They also work great for peeling citrus for cocktails or mulled wine!

As with any other wooden item, these knives require a little more care to ensure their longevity. Hand wash only. Do not submerge. Clean blades with a damp, soapy cloth. Wipe down handles with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not place in a dish washer.
